Who is Tucks and what do you manufacture?

Tucks is the brand of Shenzhen Tucks Technology Co., Ltd., an OEM/ODM manufacturer of smartwatches and AI glasses founded in 2008 in Shenzhen, China. The factory runs 8 SMT lines with 2M+ units of annual capacity under an ISO9001:2015 quality system and supplies 500+ B2B partners in 30+ countries.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM smartwatches?

Standard MOQ starts at 200 pieces per model for both smartwatches and AI glasses. Deeper customization such as custom housings or app development may require a higher volume, which our engineers confirm after reviewing your brief.

How is OEM pricing determined?

Unit cost depends on the display type (IPS or AMOLED), sensor package, connectivity such as GPS or NFC, branding scope and order volume. We do not publish fixed prices online; our sales team prepares a configuration-based proposal after reviewing your requirements.

Which certifications do your wearables carry?

Production runs under ISO9001:2015. Standard shipments include CE, FCC and RoHS documentation. BQB, REACH and other market-specific reports can be arranged on request.

What can be customized on an OEM order?

OEM programs cover laser logo, boot screen, watch faces, straps, gift box and packaging, firmware language packs and optional white-label app or SDK integration on supported base models.

How long do samples and mass production take?

Functional samples are typically ready within 7 days after requirements are confirmed. Mass production usually takes 15 to 25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and customization depth.
